Dooce-aster
Sometimes I think I’ve fully accepted how different other people can be on the internet thanks to Not Always Right and the comment threads at Fark, especially the TFD threads. Then Dooce and Blurb remodeled their bathroom and Dooce wrote about the experience. The thrice posted comment (93, 94, 100) is the clear winner for batshit insanity. At least on Fark I’d read it with 90% certainty that the writer was either a) high, b) attempting humor, or c) both.
In this case, I’m just very glad I don’t have thousands upon thousands of readers and an engaging, slightly overblown writing style.
There are a couple of other winners in that thread, too, like #66.
